Shocking customer service. Made to feel like youre talking rubbish. The reviews about the bold man are very accurate, rude and obnoxious. Would not recommend at all.

What a great team, super friendly and extremely helpful. I took in a beaten up silver ring for a clean and polish and it came back like new.

I have bought from and used Ashby Jewellers service a few times over the years and recently had my ring valued for insurance, after they had replaced a missing stone. As on previous occasions, I found them professional, reasonably priced and my ring came back slightly quicker than they said it would, so I was very happy indeed.

Took a watch for repair. Snotty staff looking down their nose at me, not a good start but I went with it as I needed it repairing. They had it for nearly a month. Repair was done, came home and for the next few days the watch kept stopping. Just thought it needed a new battery, so went to the local shop to have one put in, stopped again, another put in, thinking it was a duff battery, and again stopped! 3rd time he looked and tried to set the time but now it wont turn the hands. Checked and it appears when the repair took place, they have damaged the mechanism now scrap! Dont want to take it back and complain because from the customer service I got when I dropped it off I know what theyll say. It wasnt a posh watch, but meant a lot to me! Wouldnt recommend.
