Placed an order, received confirmation from them and paypal. The next day received email that it was on back order. I waited for 3 weeks, phoned to cancel as could get product elsewhere but neither Manfroto nor the company they out source delivery to , Kibo, have any record of me or the order. I gave them the Paypal reference from my paypal account but no luck.

Paid for an online order for a tripod with ball head which had a delivery estimate of 3-5 business days. Emailed customer support near the end of business day 5 since my order hadn't arrived nor any update provided or any online order status changes. I received an apologetic email the next business day explaining that there was no stock to fulfil my order but two similar alternatives with a similar goodwill discount was offered with a suggestion to other alternatives. I requested for a refund.

Products of dubious quality (e.g. tripod legs that fall apart, tripod heads which continue to move for several seconds after they have been locked). Service not much better.
