I have been going to Becky for a few months now for my laser hair removal. She is very professional and gives loads of advice on aftercare, etc, and just explains everything to you; she makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I had considered laser hair removal for a while but wasn't sure of how it worked. After first contacting Becky to enquire about the treatment, I was given all the relevant information to make an informed decision. She was never pushy and I didn't feel obliged to book. I always ensure I research the service providers of any beauty or aesthetic treatments before I use them to make sure they are fully qualified and knowledgeable in the service they are providing. From my first appointment, I knew I'd made the right choice. Becky put me at ease and gave me confidence in going ahead with the treatment. Any questions I asked were answered truthfully and explained fully. I have decided to have the treatment on additional areas too as I am so pleased with Becky's service and the outcome of the hair removal.
