We had a rental for 8 months in 30B Ibstock. Sam was absolutely fantastic throughout. We took the property last minute as we were unable to live on our current home. We needed somewhere furnished and a flexible let as we were unsure how long we were going to be out of our home for. 30B was fully equipped with everything we needed and all bills included was great for us. We originally booked a 6 month let extended for 1 month and then a further 2 weeks after that as our home was not finished and was delayed a couple of times. Sam was really flexible and helpful with us and understood our situation. We loved our stay here and will certainly miss it! Great location for us with a parking spot at the back. The garden also got plenty of sunshine in the summer months. Rooms were a great size and we loved having 2 lounges to relax, for an older character property the house was really warm and had no problems with hot water or electric during our stay.
