I joined FR at the start of this year. It can feel a bit intimidating joining a new gym but I cant express enough how friendly and welcoming everyone has been from the moment I first walked in. Nothing is too much trouble. There is always someone around to help if youre ever unsure about anything. I love the classes too. The booking app is so easy to use. The times and variety of classes are great. I always go to the 6.30am spin class on a Monday which sets me up for the rest of the week. The gym opening times are fantastic. I can get there for 5.30 in a morning, do my gym session and be home ready to start the day ahead. Alternatively, I often go in an evening. Theres such flexibility so it works well around my job and other family commitments and so theres never a reason I cant get there. Im also having classes with a PT which are amazing. Ive lost weight and toned up but also, I feel more importantly, it helps with my mental health just as much as my physical health. I absolutely love it!

I have been using Fitness Republic on and off for a number of years. I have recently renewed my membership and just like the times before, I was made to feel very welcome. All the staff and other gym users are all very friendly. Fitness Republic has a family feel. Always staff on hand to help and support my journey. I never feel like im being watched or judged. Definitely the best gym ive used. I try and access the gym early morning due to work commitments and the 5.30 lam opening times are very helpful for me.
