We needed a new panel / upgrade.
Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was polite, friendly and on time. Phil explained everything so clearly - to a woman who knows nothing about electrics!
When the job was done he left everywhere clean and tidy.
An honest, friendly, reliable and punctual electrician- P A Smart is the man.
A pleasure to deal with, would highly recommended Phil.
