Stood waiting along with 2 other people waiting to be sorted at the self service checkout for what seemed age's.
Seemed to be only one member of staff having to operate a till and look after the self service checkout area.
Felt sorry for her.
Another member of staff who was standing with her just did a runner and was not interested in helping out.
Pretty poor Co-op...
More staff needed!!!!!!!
