Terry visited the property to inspect a problem with the inside of the roof and gave an honest evaluation of the work required. As it was such a small job, he told me how I could fix it myself in order to not have to pay his minimum callout charge. Much appreciated! Will definitely give them a call again.

Really happy with the service I received. From my initial quote, which was competitive to the ongoing communication, everything has been great. I had my driveway pressure washed. Danny and the team turned up on time, were very courteous, did a great job and tidied up everything afterwards. They even went the extra mile by cleaning the front and side walls, which was very kind of them. I would use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Visited for estimate very soon after our enquiry. Recommended option agreed, price accepted & date fixed for following week. Men arrived early and completed the labour-intensive jobs quickly and efficiently. It had been intended to work wholly from our front garden, but an unexpected hitch required a ladder in our neighbour's garden to complete the meshing. The neighbour gave permission and he was spoken to with the same courtesy and consideration that we had been. As an aside, it has been my experience that poor contractors generally have tatty vehicles. The CPM vehicles were immaculate!

Ive used Croydon Property Maintenance services to have the gutters of my house cleaned and the level of service provided was outstanding! Terry arranged for Daniel and Mario to assist and they were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Ill certainly use their services in the future and will recommend them to neighbours and anyone I know!
