        Absolutely incredible service. Very very polite and helpful group of people. Happy to answer any questions that I had and gave great advice on maintaining tech. Asked for repair of my Samsung tv, took about 6 days, at a fraction of the cost of official Samsung repairs, was updated via email at every step and I now have my tv back in working order Amazing! Thank you!

        Excellent service. I brought in my 42" LG TV, which was intermittently switching itself off at random. Updates on the diagnostics by email and SMS was super helpful. Faulty TV now sorted! Thanks guys.

        Have lived in Addiscombe 6 years and Google brought me to this goldmine. So rare in these days to find somewhere that actually fixes stuff. They were so helpful, so professional. Emailed and text with updates on my camera. So glad I've found this shop. Will bring here before throwing away any electrical item
