I understand why the rating is so low on here. Its a shame noone is doing anything about it. No sense of urgency at all. Make sure you give at least an hour prior to any other engagements that day.

Despite Royal Mail supposedly losing my parcel and then deciding to re deliver it 11 days later, I decided to send it back to the sender as Id already been issued a refund. The post office lady didnt smile at me for one, gave me a strange look when I asked for this to be resent to sender, and then when I had explained she simply gave me a cold write resend to sender on the package but we cant give you proof of return On top of that, I was made to feel as if Im trying to send something for free. Its your fault! Where is the apology on behalf of your appalling company? I thought this was a racist behaviour at first but now reading the reviews they just seem plain rude! Please remove them from your team or youll lose more customers

There is always a long wait and the woman with the glasses is so rude just kept shouting over me and not listening to what I was trying to say. She has absolutely no customer service skills at all. Avoid this post office if you can.
