        Popped in yesterday for a prescription. It wasn't there, my surgeries fault, not theirs. Lady at the counter knew exactly the problem and despite never having stepped footin this place before, she knew my sister and was able to advise accordingly. This level of knowledge IMHO, is above and beyond, especially considering that a lot of my medication is for mental health issues that make it difficult to go out. Many thanks.
