Don't talk about my husband's professional enemies complaining against us If those who have complained about us are genuine, ask them to meet us according to law. If you receive a complaint about us, please address them directly. You must not divert the money you have stolen from us under any other pretext. We have posted here for the benefit of others so that you don't steal from others like you stole from us. Don't lie to hide your mistake. Bad experience & losing full deposit money &10 days rent.

Having stayed in Croydon with the help of this agency for 2 years I find the multitude of 5 star reviews (mostly received over the last 3 days) a little hard to believe. Don't let this fool you, everything me and my housemates experienced during our stay was in stark contradiction with the "facts" stated in these reviews. Their accountant was incapable of performing basic maths or using a calendar. We were incorrectly informed on dates, received slow and often incompetent service and had to fight to retain our deposit I would strongly recommend finding another estate agent to conduct your tenancy with.MOREOVER THEY WILL LOOT YOUR ADVANCE PAYMENT IN THE NAME OF MAINTENANCE CHARGES.PUSH U TO THE LEVEL OF SUICIDE.

I would avoid this estate agents if you are looking for a speedy move as these guys dont respond to your emails or calls and when you do call them, the person you need to speak to is always busy, they take your name and never call you back. It was a bad start from the jump as the agent I met at the house I was viewing was very rude and displayed poor mannerisms as he went straight into the viewing of the property without asking how I am, no introduction of himself and was unhelpful during the viewing as he knew no answers to the questions I was asking.

Worst experience,Worst Letting agency in London . After vacating their home they took all your deposit amount as a maintenance charge . Dont waste your money to these worst place. They took our 2015 pound(My full deposit amount)for maintenance charge .We stayed their house only 50 days .For that 50 days they took 2015 pounds . Go with good agency people . I dont like to give even single star for this agency.
