We are currently staying here for the first time, unfortunately it may be the last too. We have just been to the on site restaurant for a family meal. We ordered 3 burgers, 1x kids chicken nuggets meal and 1x kids pizza meal. None of which was edible! We grabbed a few bottles of pop when we'd finished all of 3 mouthfuls of food each, and told them we were done with our food. I politely told the bar man that the food was awful, and showed him our table with 5 full plates. Another lady in the bar must have told him to speak to management as she came and said he will be back shortly to sort our food situation. The bar man came back and just asked what exactly was wrong with our food then continued to charge us full price as if everything was normal. I did say I was shocked he was going to charge us 60+ for a meal that no one ate! But he continued and took our cash. I have absolutely no negative feedback about the bar staff at all, they were lovely. The farm and park, and all staff we have come across have been lovely! The mobile caravan we have been given for the week is everything it should be, clean and functional, very roomy! But to me, the customer service, morals, and food itself are abismal!! I have never heard of such a situation before! Over priced, disgusting food! And no apology nor discount when a complaints been made. I wish now I'd taken photos of the food!! It's really put a downer on the holiday. Being disabled I rarely get out (I have spent the majority of my time in the caravan) and to have had this on the 1st and only night I've been out for food was horrendous!
