Addiscombe Surgery

Whoever wrote that previous review must have been paid - this is the worst surgery I have ever had the displeasure of attending. The receptionists to start with, especially Tracy (?) lack any ounce of professionalism. I have heard her talk about other patients so rudely and publicly behind their back - Ive seen her shout at people for no reason - she is honestly one of the most ill-mannered people Ive ever met in my entire life and why the NHS would allow someone like that to represent them is beyond me. The doctors are equally terrible, inexperienced and nonchalant - Ive had prescriptions lost several times, waited YEARS for referrals, and even been sent to non-existent clinics, plus loads more. Ive watched the health of my whole family be compromised several times due to their utter incompetence. When I complained after years of dealing with them, rather then following up my complaint, they discharged me. Avoid at all costs - its an actual disgrace.

If I could give lower I would. The receptionists are rude, and often do not want to help. There is a younger one there, who rarely ever helps and always has an attitude. Often when present in the surgery, they are chit chating or getting several cups of tea; leaving the phone to ring for long periods of time. I have waited over a hour on the phone and on several occasions they have ended the call. The male doctor there often is unhelpful as he doesn't listen, often cuts you off mid sentence and is condescending. OVERALL , BOTH NORTHWAY AND THIS SURGEY HAVE POOR SERVICE.

Great practice very friendly staff, dentist has a very calm presence and definitely does her best to make you feel relaxed before and during the procedure. Zainab is always soo welcoming definitely the gem of the practice!

will Not be going back they never have any idea what is actually wrong with you just give you pain killers was also given fungal cream told I had fungal infection which turned out to just be an ink stain on my skin
