Right at Home Croydon

I have been using them for over a year for my mother with parkisons and dementia and have found them brilliant. The quality of the carers is superb and far better than other agencies that we have encountered. They are always caring and willing to help and is an extremely well managed company. We have nothing but praise for them and we would recommend them highly and have done to various friends.

We are absolutely thrilled with the care that our loved one with dementia is receiving from Hakeem and the team at Right At Home Croydon. The carers (Georgia and Hema) are top notch and really do care about the well being of their clients. Our relative is happy with the care as well and mentions often how much she likes the people that come to visit her and help her. We have such peace of mind knowing that they are there to help and they have improved all of our lives significantly already. I'm so grateful we found them and recommend them highly to anyone!

Teribble to mediocer Inadequate at times. Owner does not want to take feedback to improve staff neither does the care manager whilst expanding on good and franchise guidance. No improvement in quality of care. Treats council contracts as second class but rubs hands on the money coming in. No apology from care staff or owner who say "slap on the wrist" and "sit on naughty step" by a carer is ok manager does nothing about the owner as owner thought it was funny. Carer is ask question am I in it for the money or the care. The answer is the money. The owner visited my home uninvited for no reason then later said it was about the google review. Good Luck!

Kakeem and his team particularly Marie provide an excellent care service. They go over and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. To cite just one occasion... I had an emergency early on a Sunday morning when the husband of a lady who has dementia was taken into hospital. I called Marie in complete panic and by 11am she had arranged for the lady to have 4 calls per day and kept me updated thereafter. The whole team of carers are professional, empathetic and deal with difficult situations with compassion and always a smile - I cannot praise them enough.

What an amazing team both operationally and the office support. They provide my dad's care and each and everyone are friendly, committed and dedicated and provide both professional yet compassionate care at all times.i cannot express how comforting it is to know that they are reliable and I will only be called as a last resort. No proposal or change is too much trouble...always willing to be flexible to meet my dad's needs I have recommended them to many friends in need of a reputable care giving service. Keep up the good work as the care givers are what I would consider the next best thing to family to my dad....Amazing
