We used KWM for some internal decorating work. Billy was flexible and accommodating with our requests and timescales, and managed to fit our work in KWMs busy schedule. Billy provided regular update on progress and dealt with any issues swiftly. The overall quality of the work was very good, and Billy and his team were professional and trustworthy. We hired KMW Property as external painters and decorators for the front and back of our 20s terrace. Billy was great from the moment we contacted him. He gave us a thorough and fair quote and was a fantastic communicator when it came to choosing paints and identifying a dry day when work could commence. He was quick to respond to any questions and once the job was complete he was eager to ensure that all snagging, of which there was very little, was dealt with promptly. The filling and paintwork, which was no easy feat given that we have lots of old timber and pebbledash to contend with, was done to a very high standard and looks fantastic. It is worth noting also that the team really made an effort to tidy up and leave our house and garden as it was when they arrived; they had to come through the house to get to the back, and were very careful with paint and mud and the like. We highly recommend Billy and his very friendly and hardworking team. Service: Exterior painting
