I've dealt with a few builders in my time, and Dede has been by far the most pleasant experience I've had. Dede is a problem solver, cares about the standard of his work and above all is highly trustworthy. Like a clock, his team turned up at 8 am every single day of the project and were flexible to our needs. Deda and team did a brilliant job on our kitchen and hall remodeling and we don't hesitate to recommend him. We chose Deda after getting a few quotes and couldn't be happier. The quality of the work completed, and his desire to overcome the issues that come with a Victorian property without compromising the end result was top notch. Deda was responsible for all aspects - electrics, plumbing, plastering etc and all work was done to a high standard, with a professional approach. We have recommended him to others, and will be sure to use Deda again!

Dede has just finished our kitchen / diner extension with a new patio and we are delighted. Dede was recommended to us by a friend and we visited 2 of his previous jobs at different stages to see the progression. We were impressed by the super professional finish and the feedback from the homeowners. Dede is a problem solver. In our case he suggested a change in the location of our utility room which offered better use of space than the architect had drawn. This change has given us a more spacious living area and a compact utility room including a toilet and hand basin. It was a brilliant suggestion. We wanted to add bespoke glass doors and a power flyscreen to our extension but the time frame required for these elements was longer than Dede's build time so he re-arranged some of the work to accommodate these aspects. We were so grateful that Dede came up with solutions that meant we could install these unique aspects of the build and didn't have to compromise. Dede is on site every day of the build doing much of the work himself alongside a small team of reliable, professional tradesmen and labourers. Dede's team cleaned the site at the end of each day. Our immediate neighbours were very impressed with what they saw and some others in the local area have contacted Dede for quotes. The quality of Dede's work was further evident when other professionals were brought in to install specific elements of our project, the aforementioned glass doors and power screen. Dede's discussions with these professionals was detailed and technical. His understanding of what was required for preparation was reassuring and impressive, given that Dede had not worked with these products before. The professionals themselves were clearly impressed with Dede's careful preparations. In one instance he even pointed out one potential issue which they hadn't even considered. The best thing of all is that Dede is a thoroughly lovely man to work with. He is calm, professional and a perfectionist. He listened, made suggestions and worked tirelessly to get things just right. Dede's quote was accurate and the only additional costs were things we asked to be added. He finished the project on time. DPA HOME RENOVATION was exceptionally good and high standard. Competitive prices and i have already recommended to my family and friends. Deda was polite punctual kept me fully informed of the progress. Dpa finished the job on time and leave everything nice and tidy with a perfect finish. Dede and his team did an exceptional job on our extension, I cant recommend DPA highly enough. The workmanship on our build is of the very highest quality - Dede is a perfectionist and it shows in the finished product, we couldnt be happier. His work ethic is brilliant - he and his team grafted to ensure our project was completed by our babys due date, and they were exceptionally neat and tidy. Dede was on site each day and the communication was excellent- we felt reassured and consulted throughout. Dede takes huge pride in his work, is a true professional and I recommend him to anyone!
