I used Croydon Fencing a few years back and was generally pretty happy with the service. However my recent experience has been dreadful. I have had three no shows and the lack of communication has been infuriating. First no show was blamed on his supplier being shut, despite Croydon Fencing claiming they were picking up the materials the day before. Had to chase three times get them to confirm when I could be rescheduled - which was eventually confirmed for the following Friday or Saturday. Friday was a no show. Saturday morning and had heard nothing so my wife rang him and they confirmed they would be there in the afternoon - again a no show, and no follow-up apology or attempt to proactively reschedule. I get that jobs can over run, and sometimes things just happen which mean appointments can't be met. However not to have the professionalism, let alone the common decency to get back in touch means I won't be using their services again. 2 stars because they did turn up to quote.
