        Rude, in short. Broke our stove (vermiculite baffle plate) tired to claim it was already cracked. (at the time he admitted fault) He did to be fair come back and cut a piece of vermiculite. Than demanded payment, after my wife said thats wasn't what she was expected. Walked off slamming our front door. Is this the sort of chap you want in your house? Service: Chimney flue cleaning

        Left the property covered in a thin layer of soot, it was absolutely everywhere in the house. In bedrooms two floors up even. Walked in and out with dirty equipment brushing on walls and furniture. Needed professional clean for sofas, rugs and carpets. Very unhelpful when challenged. Said it was one in a thousand chance and was due to my appliance. I knew the person at the property he had left before doing ours she was in tears as same thing had happened there. Obviously down to dodgy filter in his vac as the soot was so fine.
