Customer service perfunctory only. No smile, no "thank you, please enjoy your food"
They slavishly fulfill online orders that noone is there to collect whilst keeping those who have bothered to come to the shop to wait, their food going cold.
Food is more bland than previously.
A stingy and small portion of chips, though they taste okay.
Not good value either these days - prices have been creeping up and quantities reducing - greedflation as it is known.
