Our farm has belonged to our family for over 100 years and it is a much loved and treasured property. The farmhouse is very much the heart of our family and the team at Van Ellen & Sheryn have understood and appreciated this fact. Leon and Eilir have impressed all of us with their professionalism, kindness, patience and phenomenal architectural skills. They have turned a dilapidated, old building into a beautiful, modern family home, without losing the character or the feel of the building. Can't recommend or praise this team enough. Van Ellen and Sheryn designed an extension to our Grade II listed farmhouse and did a fantastic job. Eilir and Ian visited and took the time to understand the house and what we wanted. The results exceeded our expectations, we'd love to work with them again.

Eilir skillfully integrated together the needs of our family, the aesthetic of our original building and the beauty of our surroundings within Dartmoor National Park. The design unlocked the potential of our home and has given us a beautiful, functional and inspiring home. Both Eilir and Ian supported us throughout our project and navigated the entire planning process seamlessly. I have worked with the team at VE+S in my capacity as a planning consultant for a year now, during which time I have been constantly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and friendly approach.
