        Ive had many treatments with Julie Adams and always feel leaving calm and refreshed. The Haven is a lovely clinic in the heart of Ashburton with a wonderful mix of therapists. Highly recommended.

        Ive seen Judith Peplow at The Haven a few times now. She is an amazingly skilled therapist , I have a mix of healing and massage, mainly to help with stress and tension. I find it wonderfully relaxing and de - stressing, I cant wait for my next treatment and I highly recommend
