Caroline is excellent. She cooked for us at an Airbnb location we were staying at near Battle. The food was super, perfect service and Caroline took such great care and attention to make sure everything went to plan. Highly recommended.

Caroline came highly recommended to me by the property we were staying at and she cooked us the most fabulous meal!! We were blown away with the feast she cooked for us. We went for the Moroccan menu where we were served a selection of meze style dishes to start, followed by a Lamb Tagine or Sea Bream main, with Baclava's and chocolate roulade to finish. We were a group of 24 with a couple of dietary requirements and this was no trouble to Caroline. She was also very flexible with the menu options, letting me pick and choose from her online menu's (hence the chocolate roulade for dessert). The meal was incredible value for the exceptionally high quality of food that was served. Thank you Caroline. As a large group of keen foodies, your delicious dinner made for a very special evening to help in my birthday celebrations. I would highly recommend Caroline to all!

Caroline provided our friends and family with the most scrumptious buffet from her wonderful menu. The selection provided something for everyone and the variety of meats, salads and vegetarian options was appreciated by everyone. Our celebration was one of the hottest days of the year, but Caroline and her staff kept the food looking fresh and appetising and the service provided was flawless. I would use Caroline again for any future celebrations we are planning and would highly recommend her food and services.

We used Caroline the Cook's excellent service for a family party dinner at nearby Peke's manor recently. Caroline provided canape's, served our champagne (with her excellent helpers) and then served us a four dish hot buffet and lastly a choice of two wonderful deserts. She was very reasonably priced, prompt, efficient and very easy and friendly to deal with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. As well as being a lovely lady, her food was superbly cooked and prepared and absolutely delicious. The service and food that Caroline provided really capped off a lovely evening for our family, so if you are looking for a catering service in East Sussex for your family or party, get in touch with Caroline. You won't be disappointed!
