From the first contact to the last, we were pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff at John German. We always received prompt responses to any queries we had regarding the house sale, and they helped us deal with the process, which can sometimes be frustrating and time consuming. We would particularly like to thank Jessica Norton for her patience and perseverance with the sale. She kept us hopeful that we would see a satisfactory conclusion, which we did.
