Total Waste Water Systems UK Ltd

I bought 2 new pumps, they never arrived and they still haven't refunded the money. You just get fobbed of and they never call back. They should rename the business Total Waste Of Time Systems as thats all you do when you try and deal with them. My advice is to steer cleal.

If I could give zero stars I would, in fact minus would be more honest. They were appointed to install 2 pumps and connect discharge pipework from 2 sump chambers. Firstly they demanded to be paid in advance, and then when they attended, for some reason there was already a temp pump in one of the chambers, instead of removing it to fit the one they had charged for they left it in and connected the pipe work, when it was switched on we realised it had an electrical fault as was tripping the circuit, also the other pump discharge they connected was leaking in 2 places, it took us weeks to get them to return to replace the faulty pump, when the finally did we realised that pipework was leaking as well, another few weeks elapsed before that was fixed, bearing in mind we'd paid in advance this is outrageous. There was one other run of pipework to connect, we'd been trying to get them to site for weeks for this as well and although it was booked in they just never turned up, this was despite calls, emails, texts & whats app attempts to contact them, in the end I had a call from a new person apologising and promising to call me the next day, a call that never came, I tried continually for another week to call them but was just ignored. They all seem such decent people on the phone, I just dont understand how anyone can operate like this and stay in business, almost all their reviews are telling a similar story.
