        I asked Jon if he could look into doing a system upgrade to my iMac. Unfortunately we discovered that my machine was just too old to do that. Despite spending a number of hours checking this out Jon didn't charge me anything. It rare in this day and age where someone tries to help you but sadly can't and then doesn't charge you ! Can't recommend this place enough :-)
