Amazing that a mail order company can post the wrong product to a customer without actually paying any postage. Just wrap it up, stick the recipient's address on it and send it, then muggins the customer will have to pay for delivery. "Free postage" their website says - ignore that. Dreadful customer service as well. Paid for the part on 19th April, got one response to my emails chasing it up and asking for a refund after I'd bought the part from elsewhere. It's finally arrived on 3rd May after I paid the postage charge, knowing full well I'd never get a refund. Avoid this bunch of jokers like the plague. Did I mention also that they sent the wrong part?

Terrible service, still havent received the item I ordered, when I contacted them they said it had been sent out with Royal Mail & then when I contacted them again they asked if I had given them the right address which I then sent to them again, after sending 2 more emails (no reply) avoid

Mower part not received after two and a half weeks. Only automated email reply saying they had despatched it to royal mail and no response on the phone. Very poor service.

Very disappointed with allmowerpart I ordered a chainsaw part on the 2 April received an email on the 3 April saying dispatched and still not received or had any further info on the 12 April. Sent two emails and not had replys. Tried to call went straight to hold music and then cut off each time I tried. Dont know if this is a scam set up?
