Shop has an amazing new manager! Fairly priced and great quality stock, beautiful displays and happy staff in a clean, easy to navigate store. They really set the standard for charity retail! Can't wait to return :-)

Rude and Racist Statt!! Went into this shop with my daughter saw some ladies shoes price at 7 the heels were a little bit worn through.when I asked the woman at the till. If she could reduce the shoes she was abrupt by saying no that is the price, then I asked for the manager solely because how rude the sales woman was to me. Manager said they will not be reduced as they will be sold at this price and she looked at me in a rude disgraceful way!! I know for sure the staff in this shop treated me with disrespect because I was Asian. There are rasict and I will not be entries the shop again.!!!

Me & my mom were about to go in here & was told we couldn't & was told to wait outside cause there was 2 in there we'd got to wait outside while we were waiting to go in he let 2 ppl in the guy was snotty wot we've been through & you get somebody like that telling you wot 2 do we've had enough of that get a life social distancing & wearing bloody masks are doing my head in
