        I love this Joules Store. The staff are always and I mean ALWAYS amazing, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

        Awful customer service. Unfriendly store assistant was rude to my son as he was off school (due to strikes). Then at the till she started having a rant about workers being greedy. Really not the time or place and I ended up leaving without my item I was so cross. Just do your job. Totally put me off visiting again.

        Absolutely shocking customer service. I'm a massive joules addict and spend alot on the brand. Today I entered the joules shop in ashbourne to have a look round and was reprimanded by one of the staff asking me for a mask. I explained I was exempt and she asked for my exemption certificate. This is illegal (which i explained) and I don't appreciate being questioned infront of a store full of customers! Fair enough ask for a mask but asking for my medical records is disgusting! Sort your staff out joules and get rid of her or give her training in how to approach in the right manner! Safe to say I put my stuff back and left the store, won't be going back

        Good selection of womens wear products. Stocks kids wear. Some items are a little pricey but product quality is good. Limited menswear department. Friendly staff.
