I have been back and forth constantly with Jura watches, being promised that the watch will be arriving by x date. This date seems to shift out every week. Ive been told so many times now that the watch is arriving on the next pallet, but it never does. Its clear that this watch is never actually going to arrive. My guess is that someone has clearly made an error or never put the order through correctly in the first instance.
For reference, I initially ordered a Longines automatic watch in early January. I was informed on the 18th January that this watch is out of stock and that the line is being phased out. As an alternative, we agreed for her to order the Silver dial variant, which was supposedly the last one in the factory. Something has clearly gone wrong at this point, and it is obvious that no one actually knows where the watch is. Whats also odd is that I have seen this exact model come back into stock a couple of times on your website in between January and now.
Ive even had to escalate with Longines themselves, and they also dont know where it is. Ive even been into the Brands flagship store in London, and they were baffled by the lack of communication and the inability of anyone to track its whereabouts.
Im sorry to say that this has been the worst service I have ever received buying a watch, and expected far better from a reputable dealership and luxury Swiss manufacturer. What a disappointment. A little honesty and transparency would have been appreciated from the start.
