        No needed or wanted in Ashbourne. The town is already overpopulated. This development is also contributing to flooding in the town as it is greatly reducing the land to absorb rainwater. The area flooded in December 2022 and caused huge flooding issues as the water cascaded down into the town and retail park area.

        Redrow representative gave an good overview of each room . We were given plenty of time to measure up and look at the property. Internally quality was good, a few minor issues with marks to floor and kitchen units that we were told would be addressed. Leak to study radiator was attended to whilst we were there. Utility door mismatched will be sorted ASAP. After visit we spotted from photos wrong heating controllers had been fitted that we paid extra for but they have promised to sort this. Lots of activity on the road relating to properties on other side of road. Lots to do externally for us the be able to drive up / move in safely. Disappointed that no one was able to give a high level of certainty on the completion date.
