I ordered what I thought was a memory foam mattress, I even watched the video about unpacking and it settling etc, I ordered, on a Sunday before the stated time for the next earliest delivery, I had to contact them to say it hadn't arrived, they got back to me quickly and said Sundays didn't count... Wished this had been clearly stated on the site... The matress arrived a day later than expected, unfortunately due to this I was away for 4 days, I asked my son to unwrap it and leave it to settle until I arrived home.. He'd taken the mattress out of the box it had arrived in and left it completely sealed in a clear heavy duty clear plastic type bag... I sliced one side took hold of the mattress and felt the springs, pulled back the plastic and again got in touch.... Basically I was told I couldn't return as the package had been opened, I was told I'd ordered the wrong mattress, which I guess was possible, but was then told if I kept it for 10 days and it wasn't suitable I could exchange it at my expense of postage, so I unwrapped it and tried it.... Omg I really read so many reviews saying how awesome these matresses were, ( I do now wonder if the reviews go alongside every matress... Let me tell you this... The memory foam topped sprung mattress is not even worth a tenner, its appalling... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... so nearing my ten days I emailed to confirm what I'd like to do, to be told since it was not in its original packaging the matress was not only unreturnable but also unswappable..... Fuming....!!! If any body wants this matress I'd happily gift it...
