My greenhouse auto vent worked really well last year but not this year, I rang Bayliss and explained the problem a replacement cylinder was dispatched and now it is working well. The customer services are second to non, and would highly recommend them excellent service. Thank you. Joyce Morse

Great customer service from this firm. I had been given a Bayliss XL Autovent as a present but within a few weeks the fluid had leaked out and the unit failed. With no proof of purchase I didn't think I had a leg to stand on but decided to email the company. They replied within a couple of hours and offered to send me a replacement power tube free of charge.
