        Paid 135 for a part that arrived damaged (outer packaging was fine, only realized the part was damaged upon opening and actually seeing it) Nobody at MFTS took responsibility and they refused me a refund as it had been signed for and not rejected (again nothing wrong with out packaging), would not recommend and im still out of pocket.

        Very unprofessional on the phone, Have an old forklift with scabby paint/scuffs the identification plate is missing, Made absolutely no effort to try and help identify the vehicle from its the markings/numbers that were still visible, It is posible to identify as other places ive rang managed to find it. Unprofessional would not reccomend EDITED: We also could have gave the exact part number from the specific part that was already removed but as the bloke on the phone said we are "not interested"
