        My partner rang them as she has a possible leak on her roof and made an appointment with them to come check it out , they didn't turn up or have the courtesy to ring to say they weren't coming ! When I contacted them through Facebook messenger asking why they didn't even reply to that either .

        I used Earl and the team for a very late TM job, they had emailed and sorted the permit etc the very same day I contacted them, they turned up on site earlier than expected and were incredibly helpful to me and my team throughout the day. couldn't recommend them enough!! absolute diamond lads and I WILL be using them again 5 from me
