For over 2 years I had a problem with stiffness and pain in my neck. In particular I was unable to lie on my left hand side, and this interfered with sleep. I didn't expect much given the time delay due to COVID, especially as having seen my scan results a chiropractor had said it would be a long haul. However, after just 5 sessions with Becca and Kelly I'm now sorted. Highly recommended.

I received treatment from Tamara for my tennis elbow followed by my back, and I must say she provides exceptional care. The exercises she prescribed have been helpful in managing my condition during flare-ups. Moreover, Tamara has been incredibly accommodating with my last-minute requests. I have had a fantastic experience using Tracey Miles Physio for an issue that has been ongoing for 10 years. Tamara and Becka were amazing, helping me get to the crux of the issue and also put in place preventative measures to help me going forward. Would highly recommend this clinic.
