        Useless surgery my wife has been waiting for blood test results for long enough, you call up to be told a number of different things so you don't know who to believe! Doctors can't be bothered to ring patients back, you chase them up to be told they will call you back but nothing!. Whats the point paying national insurance if you can't even be treated properly.

        I was not able to speak to a doctor even though I had booked my telephone appointment a month in advance. If the doctor is busy they will not ring you even though you have booked an appointment. I feel let down by them.
