We were told at the at minute that they couldn't now provide breakfast for our two-day booking and the Bistro was closed. Our booking was therefore cancelled, and a refund was promised. Despite contacting 37 Ash on many occasions, we have not had a reply or refund. A great shame - we had such high expectations of our stay, had to find other accommodation at the last minute and feel very let down. This is not honourable behaviour.

The restaurant is unfortunately closed. I advise to spend nights. (Original) Vous avons dormi une nuit dans cette htel et vraiment une bonne surprise. L'hte Greg tait trs sympathique et gentil, l'endroit propre et jolie, rien a redire ! Le restaurant est malheureusement ferm. Je conseille pour passer des nuits.

the room was adequate, the television didn't work most of the time, no slip mat in the shower which was very slippery we had to use the cotton bath mat. and we found the stairs very steep and of course we were dissapointed there was no breakfast. not very O.A P friendly.
