        Amazing service from the team here today. I walked in with a broken pair of glasses and walked out 20 minutes later with newly framed lenses! Always friendly, helpful and caring towards their customers. A great asset to the Ash Vale shopping community.

        They went out of their way to rearrange things to see me this afternoon when I had a concern about my eye. The receptionist and optometrist were extremely friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome and at ease. Thank you.

        My glasses broke yesterday and my spares are very scratched. I phoned on the off chance today that they may be open and give me some advice. 3 hours later and my lenses were fitted into new frames whilst maintaining the government guidelines throughout. I felt very safe and very grateful for such a great service from such lovely people
