        No communications. Poor service. I purchased two rods from this garbage shop. Four working days and a Sunday I received a full refund. They had sold the rods and it took them five days to tell me. I even sent a message in between. You would think that was there chance to tell me but no. Didn't bother. In the mean time i brought two reels that iam now lumped with. If this is how bad there customer service is imagine how long (If ever) it will take If you have a faulty item or wrong item sent. BUYER BEWARE.

        I bought mini items from the shop and found that all in good condition and good value. And all the staff are so very helpful in all aspects of Fishing if I had an app on my phone for the shop it is a purse that I put on .
