If I could give zero stars I would!!
Please, whatever you do, go to another garage, if you need Kia, there is one in Woking and Basingstoke
Save yourself the money, time, energy and pure frustration.. I wish I did!
I had a repair on my electrics costing over 400 with this garage, only to fail my MOT a month later because of an electrical fault. I spoke with 3 different staff members including the manager and they were all mostly rude, unapologetic and didn't take any responsibility, I felt belittled and ignored. They claimed the fault could not have been to do with their repair because they worked on a different area in the car, completely bypassing the fact that they interfered with ALL electrics, they had to, to get the job done. I've had multiple professionals suggest that it's not coincidence. Instead of accepting any responsibility I had to pay 300 for the car to be fixed elsewhere.
I hate giving bad reviews but this feels necessary!
Please just drive further afield!!!!!!
