Peta is so amazing, she listens and explains everything you are going through from start to finish in every appointment. Ive done a lot of therapy over the years and nothing has ever come close to this! She is also such a lovely and kind person that makes you feel at ease no matter what. Thank you for helping me become a person I didnt think I could become and for everything else.

I revently had several sessions with Peta about over eating and how food made me feel good.Although it was partially the reason I felt low as my weight had soared. I've learnt alot about my brain and understand better why I was comfort eating. I've managed to get my life in control with food and some other things too I highly recommend Peta.She is a very kind knowledgeable and experienced lady who I always felt really comfortable with. I was a little sceptical about hypnotherapy but I can honestly say I'm in a really good place

I cannot recommend Peta highly enough! She has helped me find confidence in myself I didn't know was in me. I can manage situations that I would normally avoid or be so anxious about it would cause me to continually worry about. I am finally being me and living life nearly worry free for the first time Amazing, thank you.
