        Absolutely disgusting service, never in my life have I had to deal with such a useless surgery, it should be shut down, it Might as well be shut because you can't get through to anyone but a robot sounding answerphone, if your going to keep people on the phone for that long..please change that horrible voice its so annoying, I only want to get a gp callback an it's as painful as pulling teeth out, proper disgrace will be changing ASAP, Hope all the GP's are all cosy in their nice little offices googling everyone's problems and pretending they know what there doing. Useless!!!!!!!!

        This practice has deteriortated beyong recognition and is not fit for purpose. The inefficiencies are quite clear. The management and doctors are NOT doing their job effectively and I do not see this changing any time soon.
