        Went to Darlings of Chelsea because of all the good online reviews, and they proved to be worthy. Ordered an italian leather sofa, and I am extremely happy with the sofa. We even had a couple of bumps on the road (not their fault, but sofa had to be delivered through window, and there was a sofa leg with defect), and throughout the whole process they were 100% spot on keeping in contact and making sure everything got resolved as soon as possible. A real 5-star service.
