Ultimate Velocity recently carried out a full service on my M5 and will be doing more work to my cars. They are well worth travelling for. Uvis has incredible specialist knowledge on BMWs and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Im very fussy and couldnt fault the service provided. 10/10.

I travelled 3 hours each way to bring my vehicle to Ultimate Velocity, a specialist garage that came highly recommended. I typically resent handing my vehicle over to garages, but the service I received at Ultimate Velocity exceeded my expectations. Used ultimate velocity twice, unfortunately the experience was negative both times. Work had to be redone at my own cost. A lot of damage was caused by non professional service carried out by Mr. U. Chavez. Used parts were fitted and I was charged for new parts (hence they failed and came to my light). 3 complaints were forwarded to Ultimate velocity ltd, but no reply was relieved. Had to contact trading standards to have it resolved, issues still on going. But I would strongly advice to avoid this garage, if you don't want 2nd hand parts fitted or your engine fail costing your 4500 to replace it.
