Absolutely incredible service. I came in last weekend as my car was feeling very unsafe (I know nothing abouts cars) and just assumed the wheels needed aligning. So I booked it in and the lovely man sorted it for my straight away, I paid and left. However, the troubles with my car were still persisting so I brought it back the weekend after for them to check again. Turns out, a previous garage who had fitted a suspension arm didnt bolt it up properly and in turn, left me driving a death trap. The wonderful men at Ash Vale tyres found the issue after test driving it and checking it over a few times, sorted the bolt for me, REFUNDED me for last weeks wheel alignment and didnt charge me a penny for fixing the bolt issue. I now feel safe to drive my car again and I am so grateful. Thank you so much.
