    Ive felt like bottom priority since first contact. Poor communication and lack of sympathy, reaching someone that can actually help with issues has been hard work. I sent a turntable in for repair and found contact very hard. The online chat was limited in knowledge and when returning emails to staff they took ages to reply. Im still waiting for Vicky to reply from over a week ago. Seeing as they charge return delivery, it would be good it something apparently dispatched on Friday was here by by the 6th day. Its not. Obviously they dont consider that to some DJs, being without their kit for longer than necessary can result in a loss of earnings. I was also told twice that someone would call me about my issue but guess what. I did, at one point get through to someone who seemed like they had the willingness to help me but despite their efforts Im still left in the dark, not knowing if my equipment is even on the way back to me. I dont hold high hopes for the repair being a success judging by the service so far. 2 stars. 1 for the guy that tried to reassure me and one for the American guy on chat who couldnt help me because he was in America.Ok, device back and not repaired to satisfactory standard. Rane 12 still struggling to run at a constant speed but apparently its considered fixed as its now better than it was when they received it. Ill stay away from Rane products going forward, god help you if you need to deal with the customer service here when your kit breaks.

    Hopefully, once my controller is mended, or at least we find out the issues, I'll be able to give a 5-star. Been great on the phone for the past few months, but after driving over 3hrs to get there the reception was very cold-hearted and was very much rushed out the door. Didn't feel at all welcoming. And quite concerned about being told that my controller would be getting chucked/thrown into the back of a delivery van. But apart from that incident they have tried to help and assist via phone contact.

    Very disappointed. Received a Block Rocker Sport as a present so that I could take outdoor training sessions. Battery will not hold a charge so cant be used without a mains lead. InMusic admitted that there were a faulty batch of batteries and promised a replacement which didnt arrive. Chased up and eventually got a replacement battery...for a different device. Now some 7 months down the line and considering a refund as this is clearly a faulty device which may actually be decent if it worked.
