So excited , yesterday 20/04/23 I collected my used 22 plate xdrive 320d ith Pro and comfort packs . Big thanks to Seb for an enjoyable take over in to my new car from my old 320d 16 plate. So much more to take in but with so much from Seb definitely worth the 2 hours Seb . Thanks plus the coffee was excellent.

Brilliant service, took the car to them with a mangled locking wheel nut and key, and therefore unable to remove the wheel. Oliver and the team provided brilliant service and were able to remove the mangled locking wheel nut.

I have had 3 occasions to Drop In to BMW Servicing with no appointment, on all occasions I have been warmly welcomed to Reception, 2 specifically by J Russell. The issue with my car has been dealt with promptly and professionally. I have been more than satisfied with all aspects of the visit both with the staff and the work carried out on my car. Thank you to Charlie and the team for their A+ customer service, and for getting me a new tyre after I had a blow out on the way to drop the car in for a service today! Probably the best service department I've been to in over 20 years or owning multiple BMWs
