        Be really careful when buying one of these homes. If your being told that your be living in a quite rural Farnham Village. Think again!!. Over 300 homes are to be built by the Hogs Back, as you approach the village from The Street. The highway structure will not be changing. Traffic light system will be implemented. You will see this development from the homes you buy in Blackburne Way off Grange road. A further 5 more homes in The Street are being planned in the grounds of the old cottage. A further 50 homes are being built by the same developers. Just up from Blackburne Way, this area floods and noise pollution carries off the Blackwater Valley. Traffic, Doctors, Dentist, the schools are all at capacity. Read local Facebook pages and your get an idea of what is going on here. So do your own research, do not trust their marketing or fancy brochures, most of it is fabricated and does not give a true reflection on what is happening here.
