I came across friendly staff whilst waiting for my appointment and during..unfortunately tho the girl I had for my cut and colour seemed to not listen to what I was asking for about my cut or colour also I wasn't asked personally if I minded my hair being pictured for the before during after photos they wanted and .y experience when this has happened to friends of mine or myself not only are we asked if we mind but also been given either a little discount or voucher or gift as a thankyou..fair enough at first I was only going in for cut which I was told 45 pound when I asked about colour I wasn't told how much on top that would be so presumed it would be that much so again presumed maybe another 40 on top..after paying 95 for a cut that was shorter than I asked for and colour that was basically what the girl wanted to do again not what I asked for I felt like in the end I was just being used like you would if you were to go to a college for the girls training yes I should've complained but just moved to area and didn't want to cause a scene..when I spoke with another hairdresser I found out my hair wasn't even cut straight and as I told them the process of how it all happened they were shocked..I personally wouldn't go there again because of the experience with the girl I had for my hair I didn't find her friendly and again felt like I was used as a dummy for whatever she wanted to do, a shame as it wouldve become my local hairdressers and wish I had the name of the girl who did my hair who mention to help more with the review other than that 1 person the beautician there was lovely and friendly the other people who was cutting hair seemed to interact well with the people who's hair they were working on just seemed like I got the bad on from the bunch and now have uneven hair and the colour was coming out after a week when I was told 6 to 8 weeks depending on lifestyle and stresses in life I've not even hit the 4 week mark since I had my hair done and have to wait to get it cut straighter as it's too short to fix at the moment
